Qualification: GraduateExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Training in BPO IndustryJob Type: PermanentCompany: One of the leading BPO organization in India.Job Role:The candidate will be mainly responsible to handle the training for the new joinees under sales and collections domain. This role requires an experienced trainer with strong experience in developing, implementing, and overseeing sales training programs.Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:01) Assist in developing, implementing, and overseeing sales training programs.02) Handle and mentor a team of trainers03) Collections/Insurance/outbound sales experience is highly desirable.Key Skills Required:01) Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree02) Work Experience: Proven experience of minimum 2 years in a training role in a BPO organization.03) Previous experience in Collections/Insurance/outbound sales experience is highly desirable.04) Notice Period: Candidates who are available to start soon will be considered favorably.05) Salary Range: As Per Industry.06) Strong knowledge of sales, collections and relevant concepts.07) Possess strong leadership qualities, creativity, and strategic thinking.08) Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.09) Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
