Assistant Manager - Tax GMS

Role Overview:

We are seeking graduates and post graduates with experience in Labour laws, Labour Codes and employment law compliances. The ideal candidate will provide advisory and compliance support and manage statutory obligations, and ensure seamless compliance with labour and employment laws / labour codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Labour Codes and related employment law matters.


• Prepare and review compliance documentation: forms, returns, applications under labour laws/ Codes.


• Conduct legal research on labour and employment law issues, including recent amendments and case laws.


• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and adherence to compliance timelines.


• Support audits and inspections by labour authorities.


• Manage Labour Law/ Code related and other retirals related end-to-end compliance (including Provident Fund)


• Providing technical interpretation on labour Law/ Code related matters


• Independently liaising with the Labour Law departmental liaison.

• Graduates and Post graduates with relevant professional work experience in labour laws/labour codes
• Practical experience in filing necessary returns under Labour and Employment Law / labour codes
• Keen interest in legal compliances and regulatory frameworks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Labour Law Compliance tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience in working on any technology tools will be an added advantage

• In-depth knowledge of Labour Codes and their practical implementation.
• Proven experience in labour law advisory and compliance management.
• Familiarity with compliance forms, returns, applications, etc, under the Labour Laws
