Legal Strategy & Governance • Develop and implement the organisations legal strategy aligned with business objectives. • Provide executive leadership with legal guidance on critical business decisions. • Establish governance frameworks, policies, and controls. • Establish Risk profile Contracts & Commercial Advisory • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and business agreements, JV Agreements, land related, MoUs, vendor contracts, SHA, and strategic partnerships (Domestic & International). • Support procurement, project, and business development teams in contract structuring. • Ensure standardisation and risk mitigation in commercial documentation. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. • Monitor changes in legislation and assess business impact. • Drive internal compliance audits and implement corrective actions
