Position Legal Officer

Location Bhilai

9-6 PM

Sundays will be off.

Candidate should possess proven skills to

• Handle and resolve industrial conflict like labour unrest;
• Proactively guide HR department on compliance matters relating to labour laws, labour welfare, POSH, ESI & PF act;
• Handle commercial disputes like claims & recoveries;
• Fair knowledge of initiation of arbitrational procedures - domestic & international;
• Fair knowledge to initiate / handle NCLT & NCLAT disputes;
• Appoint & coordinate with external counsel for litigation and compliance matters;
• Draft and vet contract agreement, consortium agreements, joint bidding agreements, and technology tie-up agreements;
• Provide legal advice to internal teams regarding contracts, compliance, and risk mitigation;

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred;
• 8-15 years of experience in industrial/commercial disputes (EPC or infrastructure preferred);
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to manage multiple legal assignments simultaneously and independently;

• Age 45
