Law Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including those related to Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to State, National, and International laws, policies, and regulations.
• Legal Advisory: Provide legal opinions, conduct risk assessments, and support governance and compliance initiatives.
• Corporate Legal Matters: Manage issues related to Company Law, Labour Law, Civil Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, and Environmental Law.
• Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain statutory documentation for Companies, Establishments, Firms, and Institutions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external agencies for legal procedures, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Communication: Explain complex legal concepts clearly in English and Tamil to diverse stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• Educational Qualification:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Law (

  ) from a recognized university (mandatory).

• Experience:

• Minimum 3

  –8 years of experience

  in corporate legal practice, preferably in a manufacturing
