Role & responsibilities TUFF Pumps: Note : - Immediate joiner preferred. To enhance the smooth flow of production and meet out the schedule adherence. To Enhance the level of accuracy in quality control. CNC Machines programming and Conventional machines knowledge required. Ensure for resource and employees are allocated as in the job order. To analyze the drawings and machines process flows ( CNC & Conventional Machines) Production quantity to be verified and approved for all the job order Work request to be created for the break down machines immediately and must be informed to EAM personally and follow-up has to be make until it is made run. On the job training has to be given for new employees and multi skilling and to be evaluated and recorded in the training format. To Implement all system ISO related requirements and ensuring system and procedures are in place. Preferred candidate profile BE - Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical with 7-10 years of experience in CNC and Conventional Machines production supervising, Knowledge of CNC Programming / Operating & conventional machining systems. Knowledge of machining processes & Tooling .
