JOB SPECIFICATION New ME Projects - Special purpose machines, Special projects & Automation lines in Assembly, Testing and Packing of Pumps and Motors - Designing and Procurement from outside suppliers. Existing Machines and Production lines studying and make improvements by adopting new Technologys to increase the Productivity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for procurement of New SPM's, Special projects, Automation lines in Assembly, Testing and Packing from Outside Suppliers - Plant wise requirements raised by ME Engineers and approved by Management. Responsible for Production growth by implementing SPM's & Automations as per requirement. Responsible for Man-Power optimization and reduce the requirement of Skilled Operator requirement. Responsible for implementing Kaizens & horizontal deployments, New technology developments in the ME Projects. Responsible for implementing Low Cost Automations. Responsible to Design and procurement of New Jigs & Fixtures of New SPM's and Standard Machines. KEY AUTHORITIES: To initialize the concepts creating and designing of required Projects. To Complete the Technical proposals of all ME Projects and handover the same to Projects team to carry-out commercials and raise PO. To conduct ME - Projects review meeting for tracking the present Projects. KEY RESULT AREAS On-time completion of Projects. Man Power Reduction. Technology Enhancement. Productivity Improvement in existing SPM's. Compentences: B. Tech (Mech / Mechatronics) holder with 10 years of experience in Special Purpose Machine Building, Mass Production Automation lines manufacturing in Assembly-Testing and Packing, Robots Tending in Line & Cell concepts of Production lines, Designing-Building-Manufacturing-Commissioning of various types of SPM's, Expertise in the manufacturing of modern machines and advanced Low Cost Automations and Heavy Automated lines as per present Production requirements
