Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Supplier Management:Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and establishing strong supplier relationships.
  • Procurement Process Management:Managing the entire procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to order fulfillment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cost Optimization:Analyzing market trends, negotiating favorable pricing, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Inventory Management:Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing stock levels to minimize costs and prevent shortages.
  • Quality Assurance:Ensuring purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and collaborating with other departments, such as finance and logistics, on procurement activities.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Compliance:Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
  • Performance Monitoring:Evaluating supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Experience with inventory management and forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
