Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Spa to join our team at JW Marriott, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily spa operations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Supervise and train staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
