Assistant Manager- Solutions & Implementations(3PL)

Role & responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business workflows, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into detailed solution specifications.
• Recommend product features, integrations, and configurations that align with customer goals.
• Develop solution architecture documents and implementation plans.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Facilitate regular check-ins with stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Ensure clients are fully enabled to use the solution independently after go-live.
• Review system performance and user feedback after deployment.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements or process improvements.
• Transition accounts smoothly to Customer Success or Support teams.
• Work closely with Sales during pre-sales to scope opportunities and provide solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Product to communicate feature requests or recurring customer needs.
• Provide insights from the field to improve product roadmap and implementation processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in a warehousing Audit/solutions & Implementation environment.
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems.
• Effective communication in both English and excellent inter personal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy.
