• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop eye-catching visuals and templates using Canva for social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and performance metrics to refine content strategies.
• Write compelling and grammatically sound captions, ad copies, and social media posts in line with brand standards.
• Engage with audiences, responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Support the team in developing influencer and brand collaboration strategies.
• Provide regular reports on performance analytics and suggest data-driven improvements.

The winning formula

• Proficiency in META and Ads manager.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint & Spreadsheets.
• Ability to create presentations.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies for different clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
