Job Description

KPMG India is looking for Assistant Manager - SAP-PP-Quality Management to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Production Planning: Configure and implement production planning processes within SAP, including production orders, work centers, and bills of materials
Master Data Management: Maintain and enhance master data related to production, such as materials, work centers, and routing
Capacity Planning: Optimize capacity planning and scheduling to ensure efficient production operations
SAP QM (Quality Management) Configuration:Quality Inspection: Configure quality inspection processes, including inspection lots, sampling procedures, and quality notifications
Quality Master Data: Maintain quality-related master data, such as inspection plans and quality info records
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Integration and Data Management:Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules (eg, MM, WM) to ensure seamless end-to-end processes and data integration
Data Migration: Lead or assist in data migration projects to ensure accurate and secure data transfer to SAP PP-QM
Reporting and Analytics:Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards within SAP to support data-driven decision-making in production and quality management
Compliance and Security:Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality management standards and regulations, and implement security measures to protect sensitive production and quality data
User Support and Training:End-User Support: Provide support to end-users for SAP PP-QM-related inquiries and issues
Training: Deliver training sessions to production and quality management teams on SAP PP-QM functionality and best practices
