Assistant Manager SAP

As a qualified candidate for this position, you should have the following qualifications and experience: **Qualifications:** - CA/Inter CA **Experience:** - CA with 3-5 years of minimum experience OR - Inter CA with 5-7 years **Key Responsibilities:** - Position in the current company as a manager, Ass. Manager, Dy. Manager of accounts in a Listed Company is a must. - Knowledge of SAP - Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel - Proficiency in IND-AS - Financial Reporting and financial preparation in Excel - Management MIS - SEBI compliances - ROC Compliances - Audit adherence - Due Diligence of Accounts and Taxation - Ledger Scrutiny - Banking knowledge - Database Management - Effective Communication and interpersonal skills - Team Work, Adaptability, willingness to learn & Creative - Knowledge of Merger, Acquisition, Listing or/and fund raising will be an added advantage - Immediate joiner will be an additional advantage If you meet these qualifications and are ready to relocate to Ahmedabad, you may be the perfect fit for this role.
