Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and targeted client outreach.
  • Handle high-value clients from lead generation to deal closure with complete ownership.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, provide performance feedback, and guide BDEs for better productivity.
  • Manage client meetings, presentations, site visits, and negotiations efficiently.
  • Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and ensure CRM discipline across the team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Skills

  • Strong leadership & team-handling capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of real estate trends, pricing, and client psychology.
  • Ability to manage pressure, targets, and a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • High accountability and ownership.

Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales or high-ticket B2C sales roles.
  • Prior experience in team handling and closing large-value deals is mandatory.
  • Own Vehicle is Mandatory.
