Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate sales for 3-Phase UPS systems, stabilizers, and related power backup solutions. (Mfg, pharma, Printing packaging, healthcare, electrical contractors, machine tools etc)

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as per business goals.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and submit proposals/quotations in coordination with internal teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ Years Proven sales experience in the UPS / Power Electronics industry.
Strong knowledge of 3-Phase UPS systems, stabilizers, and power conditioning products.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
