Assistant Manager - Counselling

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000/month
Team: 30 People
Role:
Manage the entire counselling operations and a team of 30. Optimize the lead management process to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end process for a 30-person team: Website lead calls, client requirement analysis, WhatsApp communication, and follow-up systems.
· Ensure the entire team maintains accurate and consistent client records in Excel/CRM.
· Develop strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates from all channels.
· Hold teams accountable for achieving the overall 5% conversion rate.
Key Skills:
· Proven experience managing large teams in Ed-Tech
· Fluency in Hindi and English
· Expertise in data analysis & reporting using MS-Excel/Google Drive
· Strong leadership and process management skills
