Work with cross functions alongside our Safety Manager to prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policies.
Guide and enable leaders to develop Safety strategies specific to their functions.
Facilitate and coach teams in process-based risk assessment and Process Safety Management at all levels.
Drive contractor safety management program to enhance safety culture.
Make sure facility is complies with external and internal requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Investigate accidents and incidents, analyse root causes, and implement CAPA.
Drive emergency managements and business continuity plan.
Develop and drive Safety Training Management program.
Maintain safety documentation as per internal and external requirements.
Collaborate with management on integrating safety considerations into all aspects of the manufacturing process.
Foster a positive safety culture.
Work with external contractors to ensure they adhere to all safety regulations while on-site.
Plans and budgets specific programs and activities to prevent employee injury and illness and increase employee well-being.
Drive Continuous development program.
Assist with project operations to ensure that machinery and equipment are installed safely in accordance with legal and McCain requirements.
Create and manage budgets and deliver deliverables on time and on budget.

Must have experience of atleast 3-4 years of experience after qualified with ADIS & PDIS
