Make Outbound call to customers to revive the Insurance policy by convincing the customer to pay the outstanding premium • Should maintain a Professional behavior with the customer throughout the Revival calling process. • Good communication skills • Should have convincing skills.
Give complete and correct information on all the product purchased by the customer if asked by the customer •
Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks. •
Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and Quality.
Ensure customer delight” and consistent service experience, including success receipt of customer premium payment •
Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
• To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
• Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance
• Should be flexible in working as per business requirement

Education: Graduate and Above Work experience in years: > 1 Years Skills / experience required: Sales (preferred Insurance background) and collection background
