Managing Cognos (Concur) T&E Reporting system.
Configure, Generate reports & Troubleshoot issues.
Perform important operational tasks connected to Cognos Reporting.
Implement change requests based on customers requests.
Document your activities in line with our compliance framework.
Academic degree related to Business, Economics or other relevant fields.
4+ years of overall Concur and Cognos experience.
At least 2+ years of specialized experience and knowledge in Cognos Reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to frequent change
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving value-add solutions
Strong analytical and communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of Concur application and Cognos landscape
Analytical skills to identify root causes based on system data, as well as expertise in managing Cognos Reporting data
Proficiency in Business English
