RAS Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a Delhi-based production and casting house founded in 2017. Our in-house production manages TV commercials, documentaries, short movies, fashion photography, feature films, and music albums with renowned associations. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Surat. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating between teams, managing schedules, handling client communications, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be involved in strategizing project plans, maintaining budgets, and supporting the senior management team.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in project management and team coordination
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of media and entertainment industry is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience in client relationship management
