Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager to manage daily business operations, digital marketing activities, and team coordination for Wheat Bakes. This role requires multitasking across sales support, social media, vendor management, and collaboration activities. Key Responsibilities Direct Coordination with the Graphics team, Content writer, Instagram content creators, SEO Manage Sales team, monitor Daily sales and prepare reports Hiring: Manage recruitment Misc follow-ups through phone calls Event activities: Attending events Digital Marketing Campaigns through WhatsApp messages Collaboration & Tie-ups: Identify and negotiate with partner brands. Social Media: Prepare reports and schedule posts in LinkedIn & YouTube Billing system coordination Prepare a monthly financial report Desired Candidate Profile Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in operations/marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media is an added advantage
