Experience: 1-3 Years Job Location : Gurgaon Job Roles & Responsibilities 1. Create eye-catching creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), website banners, emailers, and digital ads. 2. Design visual assets for travel campaigns, brand partnerships, and influencer-led promotions. 3. Develop visual identities for specific destinations, itineraries, or seasonal campaigns (eg: monsoon in Kerala, Europe winter packages). 4. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms while experimenting with new styles and formats. 5. Ideate and design static posts, reels thumbnails, infographics, carousels, and short-form animation graphics. 6. Collaborate with writers, video editors, and marketing managers to deliver timely and visually appealing creatives. 7. Stay up-to-date with design trends in the travel and lifestyle sector and implement fresh ideas that stand out in a crowded social media feed. Required Skills 1. 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the travel, lifestyle, or digital content industry. 2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. 3. Strong sense of typography, layout, colour theory, and image editing. 4. Experience designing for digital-first platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta ads). 5. Familiarity with motion design or basic video editing is a plus, using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines. Good to have 1. Experience working with influencers or UGC-based content. 2. An eye for photography or experience directing creatives in travel shoots. 3.
