Role & responsibilities Prepare complete set of pre- and post-shipment export documentation (Invoices, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.) Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters for timely booking and dispatch. Ensure compliance with all DGFT, Customs, and international trade regulations. Follow up with internal departments for timely submission of documents. Manage online documentation platforms such as ICEGATE, DGFT, and shipping portals. Apply for export incentives, licenses, and other statutory benefits. Maintain records of all shipments and prepare periodic MIS reports. Communicate with buyers for document approval and dispatch. Handle LC documentation and liaise with banks where applicable. Preferred candidate profile Graduate (preferably in Commerce or International Trade); additional diploma in Export-Import or Shipping & Logistics is a plus. 25 years of hands-on experience in exports documentation. Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export incentives, shipping practices, and document compliance. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication. Familiarity with documentation for chemical or industrial product exports will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.

Role & responsibilities Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, cost of sales, and inventory valuation. Perform daily production data entry in SAP Business One, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM) and product cost data sheets. Generate production reports, including material issue and receipt tracking. Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and recovery rates at each stage of production. Conduct variance analysis (standard vs actual costs) and investigate discrepancies. Maintain cost accounting system and ensure proper cost allocation and reporting. Prepare cost estimates for new and existing products and assist with pricing decisions. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with cost-related data. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cost data integration. Assist in internal and external audits related to inventory and costing. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CMA/ICWA preferred). Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One, especially in production and inventory modules. Proficiency in MS Excel and cost accounting principles. Role & responsibilities Supervise roasting, scrubbing, and overall production operations during shifts. Monitor the functioning of key equipment such as centrifuges, driers, reactors, Sox absorbers, and high-temperature calcination units . Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) , safety norms, and regulatory requirements. Optimize production parameters to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Guide, train, and supervise plant operators and shift personnel to ensure seamless plant functioning. Perform regular inspections of machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions. Maintain accurate shift reports, production data, and incident logs. Work with the Quality Control and Safety departments to uphold product quality and workplace safety. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, safety, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with environmental norms and chemical handling protocols. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Strong operational knowledge of chemical plant equipment and processes. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving plant-level technical issues. Familiar with process control systems, instrumentation, and automation (preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills . Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazardous material handling. Willingness to work in rotating shifts .

Maintain and update records for legal audits, statutory reporting, and inspections. Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., GPCB, DISH, Factories Inspectorate) for approvals and reporting. Lead fire safety drills, first-aid training, and occupational health programs. Support ISO and other third-party audits related to EHS. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Science / Engineering with a Diploma in Industrial Safety (recognized by State Technical Board). 7–10 years of relevant experience in the chemical or process manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices. Proficient in preparing EHS documentation and reports. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
