Job Description

Responsibility and duties

  • Arrange and conduct Internal Quality Audit.

  • Arrange and conduct monthly Quality Review Meeting

  • Arrange and conduct Management Review Meeting.

  • Liaison with Certification body

  • Co-ordinate with each department to decide effective corrective action.

  • Review of Key indicators of each department and monitoring effective implementation of actions.etc

  • Arrange and conduct Layered Process Audit.

  • Conduct Daily works Meeting of Middle level management.

  • To handle and attend customer audit

  • Analyze, Design and implement new system as per customer requirement. Etc

  • Responsible for target Control Activity.

  • Analysis of data and continual improvement.

  • Co-ordinate activities of development of new products including APQP, PPAP, tool acceptance.

  • Disposition of non-conforming products.

  • Identify , install and monitor Statistical techniques.

  • Corrective action on customer complaints, internal failures.

  • Control of customer supplied documents, national-international standards and samples. Prepare, issue and control of Quality Plans.

  • Responsible for product and process change management

  • Responsible to monitor safety characteristics if applicable
