Key Responsibilities

Support media outreach, press relations, and engagement with journalists, publications, and media houses.
Assist in organising press interactions, media briefings, interviews, and coverage for key announcements, launches, and events.
Develop corporate communication material including press releases, speeches, talking points, presentations, newsletters, and official messages.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of messaging across all communication channels in line with brand positioning.
Coordinate with government authorities, corporate stakeholders, industry bodies, and partners for communication and PR initiatives.
Monitor news, industry developments, and sentiment around GIFT City to support reputation management.
Support brand campaigns thought leadership initiatives, partnerships, and outreach programs to enhance GIFT City’s profile.
Assist in corporate events, industry interactions, delegations, and public engagements from a communication perspective.
Track media coverage, prepare media reports, analyse communication impact, and share insights for strategic improvements.
Ensure adherence to communication protocols, approvals, and governance norms for public messaging and brand representation.

Skills & Competencies

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with professional presentation capability.
Ability to build media relationships and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
Proactive, well-organised, responsive, and detail-oriented with high ownership.
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with time-sensitive communication needs.
