2.Department (Functional Area) :- Production ( Press Shop )
3. Reporting To: - Manager - Production
4.Salary:- 5.00 LPA - 7.50 LPA ( Salary not Constraint For right Candidate )
5. Company Location: - Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
6.Education:- B.Tech.- Mech.
7.Experience :- Min. 7 Yrs. relevant experience in a press shop (stamping/forming industry).

8. Strong knowledge of press machines (mechanical & hydraulic), die settings, and sheet metal processes.
9.Good understanding of quality systems like ISO/TS/ IATF.
10.Hands-on experience with productivity tools and ERP systems.

Key responsibilities :---

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the Press Shop (hydraulic & mechanical presses).
• Ensure daily production targets are met with adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Plan and implement production schedules as per dispatch and customer requirements.
• Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage a team of operators, technicians, and supervisors effectively.
• Ensure 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety practices are followed on the shop floor.
• Ensure proper documentation, shift reports, and process control sheets are maintained.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
