Job Description

A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Production Supervisor , you will be at the core of our manufacturing operations—responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead production staff, and ensure adherence to production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining high levels of efficiency and continuous improvement on the shop floor. You Will Make an Impact By: Developing and executing production control functions such as master scheduling, production coordination, shop dispatching, and material requirement planning. Approving schedules, quantities, and parts lists to support material control and ensure timely availability of production materials. Reviewing and improving production procedures while guiding and supervising production personnel. Maintaining and analyzing reports to track scheduling accuracy, production methods, and performance metrics. Leading, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve high standards of operational excellence. Enforcing strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance protocols within manufacturing and filling stations. Driving implementation of Process Excellence workstreams and leveraging TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices to optimize performance. Skills You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. 5–7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production supervision role. Strong planning and organizational skills with hands-on experience managing shop floor operations. Ability to operate and interact with specialized production equipment and machinery. Excellent manual dexterity and coordination to manage tools, processes, and systems effectively. Deep understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and ability to instill a safety-first culture. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of TPM principles and application in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of leading teams and driving measurable process improvements. Show more Show less
