Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate Product Manager to join our Product Strategy team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning. This person should have a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release, while keeping a keen eye on product & customer objectives. You will get an opportunity to work with a dynamic team comprising of people from IIT/IIM/LSE, past entrepreneurs and those who ve worked with well-known MNCs. You will get to have fun, learn new things, and grow along with us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to generate new product ideas that grow the organization s market share while offering enhanced customer experience

Liaise with the relevant teams to conduct effective research to gather meaningful insights pertaining to all product stakeholders

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and develop efficient product pricing and positioning

Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including planning, positioning, development, product launch, review, and end-of-life

Collaborate closely with engineering, content, operations, marketing, and sales teams in the development, release, and audit of products

Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

Create and own the complete process documentation related to product research, business cases, use cases, learner feedback, and product audits

Assess competitor offerings and continually seek opportunities for differentiation

Pre-empt future trends and requirements to help shape the product strategy of the organization

Build and effectively manage an efficient team for accomplishing these responsibilities

Required Skills and Abilities:

Relevant experience of managing B2C digital products along with leading a high-performing team

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Well-versed with product management and project management tools

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job done

Adopt a scientific approach to solving problems while maintaining the speed of execution

Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong presentation skills

Should be highly proficient in Excel and usage of AI tools.

Education and Experience:

Master s/bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or similar field preferably from a Premier institute

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Strategy, preferably in a tech organization. Ed-tech experience is a definite advantage
