Position: Assistant Manager – Product Marketing Location: Gurugram (In-office) Industry: Consumer Electronics & Appliances About the Role : boAt is expanding its footprint in the consumer electronics and appliances space and is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Product Marketing to support strategic product marketing initiatives. This individual contributor role will focus on executing product campaigns, supporting new launches, and deriving insights from category performance to fuel growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Product & Category Campaign Execution • Support execution of product-centric marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail platforms. • Coordinate with internal teams including content, creative, and brand to ensure aligned messaging and brand consistency. • Manage the campaign calendar and support category-specific storytelling initiatives. 2. Product Launch Support • Assist in go-to-market (GTM) planning for new product introductions including crafting positioning, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders. • Work closely with product, design, PR, and channel teams to ensure seamless launch execution. • Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer research to inform messaging and improve launch effectiveness. 3. Campaign Performance & Reporting • Track and analyse campaign KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and conversions. • Maintain performance dashboards and share insights to refine future marketing strategies. • Support monthly reviews by contributing data-backed observations and actionable suggestions. 4. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights • Monitor category trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. • Contribute to ideation for category growth initiatives and product storytelling strategies. What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing and managing end to product launches (preferably in consumer tech, wearables, or FMCD). • Strong understanding of GTM execution and product marketing fundamentals. • Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Interest in consumer behaviour, pop culture, and trend-driven innovation.
