We are hiring for one of our Client who is in to Mutual Fund Industry and looking for a Executive/Assistant Manager – PMS Operations

Assistant Manager – PMS Operations

• Daily fund accounting and NAV/price updates in PMS software.
• Perform daily bank and demat reconciliations.
• Prepare client trade workings and assist in order processing.
• Handle client queries and support custom report requirements.
• Execute mutual fund redemptions and maintain accurate records.
• Calculate management fees in line with client agreements.
• Reconcile broker ledgers and address mismatches.
• Assist in portfolio performance calculation and validation.
• Support in SEBI reporting and compliance submissions.
• Prepare monthly fact sheets and internal MIS reports.
• Post month-end and quarter-end closing entries.
• Prepare and submit quarterly client reports.
• Assist in financial year-end closure and audit support.
• Coordinate with custodians and other service providers.
• Support client onboarding process – documentation, KYC, and system setup.
• Liaise with auditors for internal, NAV, and performance audits

Candidate Desirability

• 2+ years of relevant experience in PMS/Wealth/Investment Operations.
• Hands-on experience with PMS software (e.g., Wealth Spectrum, Miles) preferred.
• Good knowledge of SEBI regulations and reporting frameworks.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
