As the Global Capability Center (GCC) for Clean Harbors, Clean Harbors India is focused on serving tech-savvy business stakeholders and providing cutting-edge IT solutions and production support globally. **Role Overview:** As an Assistant Manager in the Program Management Office (PMO) focusing on Process Excellence, you will be part of a team that drives process improvement and quality initiatives with a global impact on the GCC. This individual contributor role based in Hyderabad will involve supporting operations and business units with professional services in various areas of specialization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and support process improvement initiatives across functions - Apply methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, and Process Reengineering to enhance efficiency - Collaborate with Operations team to prioritize and complete Improvement projects - Support training efforts on Continuous Improvement tools and techniques - Drive Quality Framework across GCC processes and ensure CAPA, CTQ, and error logs are maintained - Assist in Root Cause Analysis for escalations, quality, and efficiency issues - Participate in transition activities and risk identification/mitigation during process migrations - Devising and optimizing KPIs, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assisting in Governance meetings and leadership reporting **Qualifications Required:** - 8-10 years of relevant experience in process excellence & quality - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team - Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills - Certified Six Sigma Professional and understanding of Lean/ Kaizen/ VSM methodologies - Project Management certification and exposure to reporting tools, SQL, VBA, Excel, Macros & Automation Join Clean Harbors India as an Assistant Manager in Process Excellence to drive continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and transformation projects across GCC locations, making a significant impact on the organization's operations and business units.
