Job Description

Seeking a dynamic professional to lead plasma procurement operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa. This regional role involves strategic sourcing, partner onboarding, team leadership, and compliance management to support life-saving plasma-derived therapies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Identify and onboard new blood centres and hospital partners.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor field executives; drive performance through structured reviews.
Procurement Execution:
Achieve monthly targets of 4000- 6000 litres; ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with blood banks, hospitals, and local authorities.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activity and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management (preferred)
8-12 years of experience in healthcare/pharma procurement, sales, or operations
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
