Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To drive business development initiatives to achieve ABP targets .
Synergy with product and project sales team across TL to ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyse key market trends.
Lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target.
Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities for value added services to enhance plant performance.
Concept selling & drive new solutions .Develop and generate business through identified Key Accounts , New geography and new Initiatives.
Pre & post sales activities: understanding exact customer requirement, submission of offers, involvement in techno commercial discussions.
Collaborative Work

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant experience of product and services sales or energy management solutions.
Good established contacts and market Knowledge in Industry customer base ( Cement, Distillery, Chemical ,Textile, etc)
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator.
Familiar about Utility packages such as water, Boiler, Heater , Chiller , compressors , ETP etc
Proven sales track record in the relevant service/ projects segment.
Time management , planning & working in cross functional projects
Good data analysis skills.
High networking and stakeholder management skills
