Assistant Manager - Partnership & Alliances

Role Overview: As a part of the Strategic Alliance & Partnership team at Abhi Loans, your main responsibility will be to foster and maintain strong communication channels with partners. You will be developing and executing strategic alliances and partnerships for Loan against securities by identifying partnership opportunities, new sales leads, and managing end-to-end partner relations. Additionally, you will work closely with the product and technology team to define deliverables and reports, ensuring a sharp focus on partner experience and journey. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to maintain strong communication channels with partners. - Develop and execute strategic alliances and partnerships for Loan against securities. - Identify partnership opportunities, evaluate benefits, and convert leads. - Manage end-to-end partner relations including pitching, negotiation, contracting, and execution. - Work with the product and technology team to define deliverables and reports. - Assist the product team in understanding brand/merchant needs effectively and contribute to product evolution. Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate with 3 - 6 years of alliance and partnership work experience in FinTech/Lending institutions, preferably in Loan against securities. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Comfortable in building and managing relationships with C-Level executives. - Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Relationship Building, Industry Knowledge.,
