About the Role:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to execute and optimize paid campaigns that attract prospective students and drive enrollment growth. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with a focus on higher education or EdTech marketing. You’ll work closely with senior marketing leadership to manage campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring the university’s programs reach the right audiences with the right message.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns for the university’s various academic programs.

• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired lead generation and enrollment goals.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives that resonate with students and parents.

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

• Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure leads are nurtured through the funnel.

• Conduct keyword and audience research to identify new targeting opportunities.

• Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and platform updates to enhance campaign efficiency. Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, ideally in higher education or EdTech.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

• Understanding of student acquisition and enrollment marketing funnels.

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
