Job Task Role
  • Conduct campaign and account audits during client onboarding.
  • Set up and structure accounts on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn,
and other platforms.
  • Implement standardized naming conventions for consistency.
  • Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies aligned
with business goals.
  • Research target audiences and platform suitability.
  • Create media plans using client data, competitor insights, and
industry trends.
  • Launch and manage multi-platform ad campaigns with structured
targeting and budgeting.
  • Optimize for key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

  • Improvement in KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Efficient budget allocation across platforms.

  • Be able to understand data visualization, or be keen to learn tools

and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate
actionable insights.
  • Experience in conversion tracking, troubleshooting pixel/tag
issues, and improving attribution models.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align marketing
strategies with business goals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple accounts and campaigns.
