Job Summary:

Our company is actively seeking a detailed oriented and proactive Executive Order Management and Customer Support to join our Operations team in Doddaballapur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing support throughout the order lifecycle, and ensuring smooth operations. A strong proficiency in

SAP

and excellent communication skills are essential for this role This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to grow their career.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Order Management:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in the
  SAP system

- Review and validate customer purchase orders and order data for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor the status of orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring on-time and correct delivery.
Customer Support:
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries and issues.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Proactively communicate any order delays or issues to customers and provide timely updates.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order information in SAP.
- Generate order status reports, shipping documents, and invoices using SAP and other internal tools.
