Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle incoming customer queries via phone, email or chat, resolve issues promptly, maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing tools, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Resolve complaints or escalate when required
  • Provide information on our products/services clearly and politely
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in feedback collection and follow-ups

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving attitude; ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Graduate / Diploma or equivalent qualification

Work location: Randham

Interview location: Chennai

Willing to work on rotational shifts.
