Product Management Executive

• Solid understanding of product development processes and experience with structured cabling solutions is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with proficiency in market research methodologies and competitor analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
• Detailed oriented mindset with a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Product Life Management:

• Responsible for the end to end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve product milestones and maintain quality standards.

Product Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
• Ensure products are approved according to drawing specifications and technical parameter, maintaining a 100% compliance rate.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including New Product Development (NPD), Engineering, and Design teams.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination to facilitate successful product launches and ongoing market success.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys to gather insights into market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Analyze data and feedback to inform product decisions, refine strategies, and prioritize feature development.
