Job Title: Assistant Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas of improvement.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior management.
Resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and deadlines.
Assist in training and guiding team members to boost productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
