The Role: Operations & Logistics MVP

You are the operational Quarterback—the ultimate behind-the-scenes hero. You will be the essential link that ensures everything runs perfectly, from getting a steel frame delivered on time to making sure our vendors are paid promptly. Your hustle will ensure our expansion is smooth and seamless, allowing our sales and construction teams to focus on the big goals.

Here’s your game plan (What You Will Do):

• Logistics Leader: Take charge of planning and executing the logistics for all court equipment, materials, and operational supplies. You'll ensure our courts are delivered and installed like clockwork.
• Vendor Maestro: Be the main point of contact for our post-sales vendors. You'll coordinate site setups, track progress, manage project timelines, and ensure our world-class quality standards.
• Finance Flow Controller: Manage invoices, process vendor payments, and keep accurate financial records. You'll be the bridge to the accounts team, keeping payment cycles and expense tracking smooth and headache-free.
• Workflow Wizard: Assist in building and refining operational processes. We love efficiency—your job is to help us work smarter, not just harder!
• Admin Ace: Handle crucial administrative tasks, including coordinating travel and site visits for our teams, vendors, and key stakeholders across the country.

Who We’re Looking For: The Organizational Genius

You’re the person who thrives on order, loves a good checklist, and has a knack for making chaos disappear.

• You have experience (or a strong passion) in operations, logistics, or sports/facilities management.
• Your communication and people skills are top-tier. You can talk to a vendor, a CEO, and a site supervisor all in one morning.
• You are a time management ninja and ridiculously organized. You love solving problems before they even become problems.
• You're fluent in MS Office Suite (especially Excel—data is your friend!).
• You can jump between working solo and collaborating with a high-energy team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,301.74 - ₹60,000.00 per month
