Key Responsibilities :- ● Track and ensure daily task completion across recruitment, training, and operations. ● Enforce SOPs, monitor team performance, and drive accountability. ● Conduct audits to identify process gaps and ensure compliance. ● Maintain accurate documentation for training programs and records. ● Manage trackers, CRMs, and dashboards for reporting and efficiency. ● Implement automation and ensure timely, accurate data updates. Requirements:- ● Graduate or MBA in Business, Aviation, or Operations Management. ● Aviation industry experience is mandatory. ● 3–6 years of experience in process audits, training operations, or execution-driven roles. ● Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRMs, and reporting tools. ● Strong in team coordination, follow-ups, and cross-functional communication. ● Confident in giving direction, enforcing timelines, and driving task ownership.
