Role Overview

Assistant Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UK Telecom outbound sales team to

  achieve revenue, sales targets, and performance KPIs

  .
• Monitor daily operations, call quality, and compliance with client and BPO standards.
  
• Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Drive operational excellence through coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement plans.
  
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Workforce Management teams to optimize campaign delivery.
  
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management and clients.
  
• Foster a high-energy, performance-driven environment that motivates and retains top talent.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory:

  Experience in leading a team in an International Outbound Sales Process within BPO.

• Mandatory:

  Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); neutral or UK accent preferred.
• Proven track record in managing UK Telecom Outbound Sales or similar international sales campaigns.
  
• Minimum 35 years in operations management or team leadership in International Voice Processes.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to handle escalations, manage performance, and drive KPIs effectively.
  
• Flexibility to work UK shift timings (12:30 PM 1:30 AM IST).

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Work Days: 5 days/week (rotational split week-offs).
  
• Shift Window: Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM and 1:30 AM IST.
  
• CTC: 610 LPA
  
• Transport: Drop facility available for late shifts.
