Job Description

Hiring SCM / Materials Management Professional with FMCG experience for Procurement, Inventory, and Vendor Management Operations at AVTCPD.

🕒 8–12 Years of Experience in FMCG (Food) Sector.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Timely material planning & procurement aligned with production needs
  • Inventory control & optimization across stock levels
  • Vendor management & negotiation to ensure quality and delivery benchmarks
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams (Production, QA/QC, Finance, Stores)
  • Adherence to ERP systems, SOPs, safety norms & audit standards
  • Drive cost improvement and savings initiatives


🎓Education:

  • BE / B Tech (Mechanical / Production)
  • B Com/BBA with specialization in Materials or Supply Chain Management 
  • Additional qualifications like MBA/PGDM or Diploma in Materials Management are preferred
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Tamil & Hindi
  • Technical Skills: SAP, MS Excel, demand forecasting, vendor evaluation, logistics & documentation
  • Behavioral Traits: Analytical mindset, problem-solving, communication, time management, and team coordination
