Objective:

This position is responsible for operating and maintaining FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) packing machines and other related equipment to ensure uninterrupted packaging operations. The role ensures optimum machine performance, preventive and corrective maintenance, and adherence to quality and safety standards, thereby contributing to efficient production output.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) packing machines for smooth and efficient packaging operations.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in FFS machines, coding machines, strapping & taping machines, conveyors, VFD, and compressors.
3. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment life.
4. Carry out corrective maintenance to restore machine functionality and reduce downtime.
5. Ensure optimum machine performance and output while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting recurring issues and suggesting technical solutions.
