Support marketing and promotion of
infrastructure, real estate, and property assets
Assist in preparation and execution of
marketing strategies, campaigns, and outreach activities
Handle
property-related marketing
, leasing, allotment, and customer coordination activities
Coordinate with stakeholders for
property management, branding, and promotional events
Assist in market research, demand assessment, and competitor analysis
Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, reports, and MIS
Support documentation, record-keeping, and data management activities
Liaise with government departments, consultants, and external agencies as required
Ensure timely follow-up on marketing leads and property-related inquiries

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

Full-time
MBA in Marketing / Real Estate / Infrastructure
from a recognized college/university with a good academic record

Desirable Qualification:

Candidates with
good typing speed
will be preferred

Experience Requirements

Minimum
03 (Three) years
of
post-qualification experience
as on the date of advertisement
Experience in the
Infrastructure sector / Smart City projects
Exposure to marketing, property management, or infrastructure-related activities
Candidates with experience in
government / PSU sector infrastructure projects
will be given
preference
