Assistant Manager Marketing

You will be joining BYK, a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals, as an Assistant Manager in Marketing based in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining consistent brand identity across marketing materials, overseeing customer communications distribution, aligning marketing communications with global brand messaging, and disseminating global updates to local employees. You will also be involved in developing and implementing integrated marketing programs aligned with business goals, managing marketing initiatives, planning and executing major trade shows and exhibitions, organizing customer seminars and conferences, coordinating participation in industry conferences, collaborating with the communications team for media relations and PR management, supporting corporate branding through social media content, executing promotional activities and product launches, conducting market research and intelligence, overseeing the annual marketing budget planning, and managing relationships with external vendors, event organizers, suppliers, and agencies. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Masters preferred) along with at least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the chemical or manufacturing sector. You should have a strong background in event planning, brand communication, program management, media relations, PR, and social media strategy. Excellent organizational and project management skills, along with proficiency in social media tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite are required. Experience in managing budgets, vendors, and marketing campaigns within a global context is also essential.
