Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Assistant Manager (AMC Sales)

Job Location: Coimbatore - Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

Interview: Virtual

Department: AMC Sales

Reporting to: State - Head

Min. Qualification: Diploma / UG / PG

Minimum Work Experience: 3 - 4 years

Functions/ Tasks:

Assisted in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, coordinating with technicians and vendors, ensuring adherence to contract terms and service level agreements, managing inventory of spare parts, aiding in budget management, and contributing to the preparation of maintenance reports.

Primary:

1) Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for AMC contracts through various channels including cold calling, lead generation, networking, and referral

2) Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new AMC sales and renewals.

3) Proactively follow up with clients for outstanding payments according to agreed-upon payment terms.

4) Escalate overdue payments to the appropriate authority as per company policy.

5) Proactively follow up with clients for outstanding payments according to agreed-upon payment terms.

6) Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new AMC sales and renewals.

7) Negotiate terms and conditions of AMC contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing revenue.

8) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

9) Present and demonstrate the benefits of our AMC offerings, effectively communicating value propositions to clients.

10) Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

11) Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients

12) Negotiate contract terms and pricing to finalize sales and achieve revenue goals.

13) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.

14) Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM software.

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set by the management team.

Secondary:

1) Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for AMC renewals and new contracts.

2) Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and equipment.

3) Assist in training and mentoring junior team members

Contribute to the development and improvement of AMC processes and procedures.
