About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager / Manager to join our engineering team and lead critical projects in Control Valve / Choke Valve Design. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for product development in the industrial valve sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of design engineers in developing control and choke valves.
• Drive product development and application engineering aligned with KPIs.
• Conduct technical contract reviews and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Create and validate engineering drawings with detailed specifications.
• Optimize existing designs through value engineering and standardization.
• Support prototype building and concept validation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and QMS practices within the department.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and back-office for technical support.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of control/choke valves and related instrumentation.
• Proficient in design calculations, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Experience in PED, API 6A, and compliance with global standards like ANSI, ASME, API, EN, ISO.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD; proficiency in 3D design software like Inventor / Pro-E is a plus.
• Excellent team collaboration, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
