We're Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager – Control Valve or Choke Valve Design Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India Experience: 8–15 years Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Send your CV to: rajan.bhandare@koso.co.in About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager / Manager to join our engineering team and lead critical projects in Control Valve / Choke Valve Design . This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for product development in the industrial valve sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of design engineers in developing control and choke valves. Drive product development and application engineering aligned with KPIs. Conduct technical contract reviews and ensure compliance with specifications. Create and validate engineering drawings with detailed specifications. Optimize existing designs through value engineering and standardization. Support prototype building and concept validation. Ensure adherence to quality standards and QMS practices within the department. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and back-office for technical support. Required Skills & Expertise Strong knowledge of control/choke valves and related instrumentation. Proficient in design calculations , GD&T , and tolerance stack-up analysis . Experience in PED , API 6A , and compliance with global standards like ANSI, ASME, API, EN, ISO . Hands-on experience with AutoCAD ; proficiency in 3D design software like Inventor / Pro-E is a plus. Excellent team collaboration, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Why Join Us?
